This piece has been acquired for the permanent collection of the Museum of Art and Design, in New York.
Orrery, 1993: polymer and mixed media
This piece and a collection of several more have been acquired by the Racine Museum in Wisconsin for their permanent collection and as part of what is planned to be the definitive collection of polymer in this country. Thank you to Elise Winters, whose vision and persistence made this possible, and to Bruce Pepitch who saw the same vision.
My new studio: in the New School Art Studios on Upper Canyon Road in Santa Fe. A gorgeous place, with the river right in front, high ceilings, white walls and skylights: most of all the inspirational space I have wanted for fifteen years, in a compound with other working artists.
